Introduction
We Are Daya was entrusted to transform Siemens’ workplace at Jaidah Square into a modern, collaborative environment that enhances employee well-being and supports evolving work styles.
Spanning 900 sqm, the project focuses on reimagining the office as a dynamic and connected workspace, balancing functionality, brand identity, and user comfort.

Design Approach
Collaborative Workplace Strategy
The design introduces functional zoning and flexible layouts that encourage collaboration, informal interaction, and team connectivity. Spaces are reconfigured to better support both focused work and group engagement.
Brand Integration
Siemens’ identity is translated into the space through subtle yet impactful design elements, including color accents, material selection, and fluid forms that create a cohesive and recognizable environment.
Well-being Focused Design
Employee comfort was a key driver, with the integration of natural elements, balanced lighting, and ergonomic planning to create a workspace that supports long hours while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Outcome
The Siemens office transformation delivers a future-ready workplace that supports collaboration, reinforces brand identity, and enhances employee well-being.
It reflects a balanced approach where design, function, and user experience come together to create a more productive and engaging work environment.
