Introduction
We Are Daya designed and delivered an immersive exhibition stand for Talabat at Web Summit 2025, creating a vibrant platform to showcase the brand’s dynamic identity and digital-first ecosystem.
The project focused on translating Talabat’s fast-paced, customer-centric approach into a spatial experience that attracts attention, encourages interaction, and reinforces brand recall within a high-traffic event environment.

Design Approach
Bold Brand Expression
The stand was designed as a direct extension of Talabat’s brand, using strong color identity, clean geometry, and high-visibility elements to ensure immediate recognition within the exhibition space.
Open & Inviting Layout
An open-plan approach encourages easy access and continuous flow, allowing visitors to engage with the space naturally while maintaining high footfall and visibility from multiple angles.
Interactive & Social Engagement
The experience was designed to be engaging and shareable, integrating digital touchpoints and activation zones that encourage participation, content interaction, and social media visibility.

The Talabat Web Summit stand delivered a high-impact brand experience, successfully capturing attention, driving engagement, and strengthening Talabat’s presence at one of the region’s leading technology events.
